Itinerary

On the outbound journey you fly with French holiday charter airline Corsair to Montreal in Canada, where you will have a (long) overnight layover.

The following day you continue your journey with Air Canada, arriving in the early afternoon in Fort de France on the island of Martinique.

On the return you fly with small Caribbean airline LIAT (Leeward Islands Air Transport) via Bridgetown to Pointe-a-Pitre, which is located on another French overseas territory called Guadeloupe. There you will make your final change of flights to another Corsair flight back to Paris.

Flight availability

Flights seem to be available only in the month of September. Make sure you set your departure and return date on a Thursday as these are weekly flights.

Example dates are 10th to 17th September, or 17th to 24th September. The tickers are available through Skyscanner.

Alternatives

Needless to say, you should book the above itinerary on your own risk as there is absolutely no telling what the situation will be when it comes to the ongoing corona virus (COVID-19) crisis.

If flights are still grounded and borders closed come September, the above ticket might be hard to refund as you would have to deal through any third party online travel agency affiliated with Skyscanner, which might be trickier than you think given the complicated itinerary.

For more peace of mind, you can also book for about double the price direct Paris to Martinique flights on Air Caraibes or Air France directly with those two airlines, which might be much easier to reschedule or refund in times of crisis.
